Wil Martinez – Managing Partner
Mr. Martinez is a co-founder and Managing Partner at Meridian Partners, where he is responsible for Corporate Strategy and Sales and Marketing. Wil has helped to secure and deliver ERP work to clients such as the South Florida Water Management District, Miami Dade County Public Schools and RailAmerica.

Prior to founding Meridian Partners, he was the Southeast Regional Director for Breakaway Solutions, an international publicly traded consultancy. He established the Southeast office of Breakaway, and grew the region to over 55 resources and $9M in annual revenues. He was also the Florida Group Manager for Cambridge Technology Partners, a Boston-based consultancy. He was responsible for growing the annual revenues of the Florida Group by 50% in 18 months. Mr. Martinez was born and raised in Puerto Rico, and completed his undergraduate studies at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in Cambridge, MA.

Jose B. Aleman – Managing Partner
Mr. Aleman is responsible for corporate administration and operations. He has over 18 years of experience in information technology as both a consultant and a company officer. Prior to founding Meridian Partners, Mr. Aleman was President of Integrated Systems Group, a South Florida based staff augmentation firm. ISG was selected as one of the fastest growing firms in South Florida with clients that included Burger King Corp., Ryder System, BellSouth, Razorfish, Mercedes Benz and ADP TotalSource. Prior to founding ISG, he worked as a technical consultant with clients that included Cambridge Technology Partners, Anderson Consulting and PowerCerv Corporation. Mr. Aleman also served as partner/project manager for the financial software product MultiCalc in the early 1990’s. 

A graduate of the University of Florida, Mr. Aleman earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems and currently serves on the Board of St. John’s Montessori Academy and is the Chairman of the City of Miami Beach’s Hispanic Affairs Committee in support of his local community. Mr. Aleman is also on the Christopher Columbus High School Alumni Board.

Anthony Garcia – Vice President of Public Sector & Strategic Initiatives
Mr. Garcia has over twelve years of experience working with Public Sector Executives to maximize the business and technical benefits of their SAP solution. As a former SAP client and employee, Mr. Garcia has also managed functional and technical teams for SAP implementations, upgrades and enhancements in areas such as Finance, Human Resources and Business Intelligence, as well as ARRA Stimulus reporting and setting up a shared service center.

In a recent project, Mr. Garcia worked as a consultant for the State of South Carolina as the Program Manager/Enterprise Architect and Strategic Advisor for Pre and Post SAP implementation activities. As the former SAP Public Sector ASUG SIG Chair, he understands the pain points clients face in today’s challenging environment. Mr. Garcia received his MBA in International Business and MIS from the University of St. Thomas and undergraduate degree in Finance from the University of Houston.

Gregory J Valyou – Vice President
As Vice President Mr. Valyou is responsible for day to day operations which include the strategy, implementation, operation, and enhancement of the systems and people that deliver and support the Meridian’s services. He has almost two decades of experience working in the technology sector as a consultant, executive manager, company officer and board member. Mr. Valyou has helped organizations and individuals reach their full potential through innovative strategies designed for growth maximization, operational efficiencies and effective processes. In addition, Mr. Valyou has a successful start up to sale track record as either a partner or principal in several technology-related businesses.

Previous experience includes managing Eggrock Partner’s Client Delivery practice for the southeastern United States, and providing consulting services to American Express, IBM, American Pad and Paper, TSI, PacifiCare and Oklahoma State University. Mr. Valyou earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Albany and has continued his education taking advanced courses at NYU, Arizona State University and others. He has served on the Leadership Team or Board of Directors for St John’s County Head Start, is a community sponsor of the Office Depot National Back Pack Program and sponsors various community-based activities with a group of select professional athletes and entertainers.

Brad Ferguson – Director of Business Information Services
Mr. Ferguson has over ten years of experience implementing solutions that leverage industry-specific data models to construct "Single Source of the Truth" data warehouses for self-service reporting and dashboard graphs/charts. Prior to joining Meridian, Mr. Ferguson was the IT Enterprise Intelligence Systems Director at Office Depot where he managed a 24-member consolidated team of Business Intelligence and Data Warehouse for Retail, Customer and Financial Sales data. He was responsible for maintaining data integration and reporting analytics infrastructure for 20,000 users. Mr. Ferguson received his undergraduate degree from Florida State University.
